The owners, who with their four-legged friends are themselves full-time residents of Les Métairies. They have between themselves more than 65 years of experience within the wonderful equestrian world. Initiated at first in the western style of riding, they soon adopted the classic way and even competed in jumper and hunter events. Recently, they enjoy trail riding and fox hunting in Canada and United States.
Strong of their many years experience in the real-estate business, they now own Domaine Riverdale for more than 20 years and including Les Métairies Equidale. With this new project, they combine the two fields of experience which they know and enjoy the most. They are aware that keeping one’s horses at home on an isolated farm will lead to less hours of riding with more time spent with chores around their animals. On the other hand, living within an equestrian community generates a common energy for more riding time with others that share the same interests and want to live “the passion”. The idea that one can share equestrian facilities results in less monetary investment for each while being able to enjoy more and better conveniences. One should also not forget that having neighbours knowledgable of horses can be of great help in case of emergency or for a quick hand with a temporary problem.
For all of the above reasons, the owners are convinced that to reside at Les Métairies Equidale represents the best choice to live in harmony in a quality environment which lets you live to the max, “the passion for horses!”
